Refunds & Cancellations
At Grimjow Enterprises, we take great pride in our traditional Kannauj Attars. Because our products are artisanal and personal care items, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners in Kannauj, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Replacement Policy (Not Refundable)
If you do not like the fragrance:
We understand that scent is a personal preference. However, we do not offer monetary refunds if a customer simply dislikes the fragrance.
In such cases, we offer a One-Time Replacement. You may request to exchange your bottle for a different variant from our collection. Note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and delivering the replacement.
3. Conditions for Replacement
- The request for replacement must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be at least 95% full and in its original packaging.
- Replacements are subject to current stock availability in our Kannauj warehouse.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a physically damaged bottle or the wrong item, please contact us immediately with unboxing photos/videos. We will provide a free replacement for any such errors on our part.
